Notes compiled in process of Topographical Bureau's investigation of the chain-of-title for various pieces of property. Includes studies of deed and tax records conducted to determine city's interest, if any, in the property. If the Topographical Bureau could not determine property's status, the file was turned over to Corporation Counsel for an opinion.
